The first ever Mister International was from Lebanon, Wissam Hanna. He won the Mister International 2006 edition in Singapore last October 7, 2006.

The last application was last October 9, 2024 and the screening was last October 30, 2024. On November 1, 2024, they announced on their page the 21 official candidates of Mister Pampanga.
